Oh my... Norma is the sweetest little soul!!  This tiny, little girl was found alongside the road in Hancock Co by a nice citizen!  It appears she was “dumped”!   While the vet estimates Norma to be 12 years old- this girl has a lot of spunk about her!!!  Norma is TOTALLY blind but that doesn’t stop her from doing anything at all!!  Norma can find her own way to her food bowl, and her favorite activities are going for walks, and being carried around in a purse or a doggy papoose!!  If you are looking for a true lap dog with the kindest heart you’ve ever met- Norma is your girl!!  Norma is part of our Senior for Seniors program!! She would do best in a quiet home with an individual or individuals that are home most of the time!  Oh... one more thing- Norma loves to ride in the car and go wherever her human goes!!!  Hone Depot, Tractor Supply, visiting friends- you can literally take her anywhere in a purse, or doggy papoose and she is perfectly content!!!
