Oona is a vocal kitten with Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH), she is black with a white belly and white armpits.  CH is an underdeveloped Cerebellum, which was due to her mother being vaccinated in the first weeks of her pregnancy.   CH is not a progressive disease, and she is expected to live a normal lifespan.  However, due to CH she is unable to walk normally, but gets around by small steps, falls and leaps.  She is able to get onto furniture on her own, but does need some assistance or adaptive equipment for eating and drinking such as elevated bowls and water fountain, as she becomes unstable when her head is below her shoulders.  

Oona does use the litter box laying on her side and prefers a clean box, as she can fall into past eliminations, which is not her preference.

Oona has been raised with other cats and an exuberant 45lb dog.
