German Shepard anyone?  This sweet, sweet girl is so deserving a new home.  Kira was originally found by a PAWS volunteer and returned to her "owner".  A few weeks after she was returned our PAWS Volunteer saw that she was listed on FB as a FREE dog.  He immediately contacted the owner and suggested he surrender her immediately.  It seems her previous owner just didn't have time for her.  This girl is sweet as can be and becomes very attached to her person.  She is great with all other dogs.. and has been around several cats, but not for long periods of time- so we aren't too sure how she would do living with a cat.  She is kid friendly, and ALL human friendly and is a very fast learner.  Kira knows all basic commands as well and would be a wonderful family pet- with kids of all ages.  She is still a puppy and does have energy.  She requires a fenced in yard and daily interaction.  Kira would also make a great dog to take running or hiking!  If you are interested in Kira please go to www.pawshancock.org and complete an adoption application.  We will contact you upon approval,
