Mateo is honestly- a perfect dog!  He could not be any better behaved and such a polite young man!  He loves his people and does not care to be anywhere else, but with them!  Mateo would love to live with a family that took him camping, hiking, and probably swimming too- although we have not tried that with him yet!  He would do just fine in a house with kids of any ages and he gets along great with all dogs he has ever met or come in contact with.  He is also cat friendly as well.  Mateo is potty trained, and kennel trained and unfortunately- he thought he had found the perfect FURever home, but sadly- he was returned because the family did not have time for him, after careful consideration.  Mateo does not require a fenced in yard- although he would like one.  He is well behaved enough that daily walks and attention will keep him content!  If you are interested in meeting Mateo, please go to pawshancock.org and complete an adoption application and we will be in contact!
