Available for Foster to Adopt!

Jasper is temporarily in Rehab! The rehab consists of giving him one dose of liquid med a day (easy) and a minimum of activity for a a few weeks. Jasper was attacked by a large dog and his pelvis is cracked. He will need a quiet environment while he mends. He's healing well and will be just fine! There should be no long-term problems from his injury.

Tiny dog with a big attitude!! He needs a person who understands Chihuahuas with that little dog syndrome! Once you get past the "boss of the world" attitude he's a perfect lap dog!! Five pounds of snuggle. He'd be happy to take leash walks after he mends, and will use potty pads.

Jasper's best life would be with a retiree, or a person working from home; an easy-going companion who understands small dogs and give him the time and attention he wants. He would love to live with a single person who is home and has a tendency to prefer to be with only one chosen person. He is partial to men! He's quiet enough for apartment living. He is so tiny we are recommending he be the only pet in a home of adults only.
