Meet McGuire!  A driver in a pick up truck callously aimed for him as he crouched helplessly in the middle of the road.  Fortunately, a good Samaritan scooped him up seconds before the driver hit his intended target.  Immediately McGuire nuzzled against the woman and began to purr.  She brought him to us the next day where one of our fosters took him home. Poor little guy was covered in fleas but he patiently endured his bath and his first vaccination.  It's as if he knew he was in good hands and this was the first step to a better life.  When the volunteer picked him up to put in him his new bed for the night his purr motor kicked in once again.  He's definitely a little cuddle bug but he also enjoys play time.  He's a healthy, happy relaxed little guy around other dogs and cats.  He just wants to be loved.  So if this sounds like the kind of kitten for you please apply at pawshancok.org.  He's waiting for you!
