Meet Oscar!  He's the Walter Matthau of cats. When he first came to stay with us he was indeed a grumpy old man.  His loud drawn out cry and his snarly disposition were slightly understandable as he was found trying to survive the cold and find adequate food. Poor guy.

He was taken in by one of our BIG hearted volunteers and from that moment forward the gruff exterior slowly started to melt away.  With some love and a LOT of yummy canned food Oscar realized things weren't quite as bad as they seem.  That, and a little Cosequin in his food helps keep his crusty old knees moving. He loves to spend his days laying in the sun or on comfy beds or cardboard boxes with FREQUENT visits to the food bowl.

Oscar is a REALLY GOOD BOY  who just wants to spend his golden years living a life of leisure. Although he's not opposed to earning his keep by slowly making biscuits on a warm, fluffy blanket while you watch some TV.   He's also VERY willing to taste test just about any canned food you're willing to serve.
