Meet Penelope! She's quite the character! She LOVES her people and would really, REALLY love having a kitty play mate. She is good around other cats and kittens and has even tried to play with the foster family's little dog but their dog wasn't interested. :) She follows the foster family members around and lets them know when it's time for canned food which is her FAVE. She gets so excited about it tells the world until the plate is put in front of her. She will definitely cuddle AND be your bed buddy!
