Celia and her littermates are adorable, roly poly, Collie/Retriever mix puppies. They came to P.A.W.S. after being rescued from an Amish puppy mill. They are active, playful puppies with big beautiful brown eyes and soft curly fur. Celia is the gentlest of all the puppies and loves to snuggle.

Celia's adoption fee includes her spay surgery, microchip, all her first year vaccinations, flea preventative and deworming.
