Whisper is a beautiful, big, purebred Greyhound. She has soft fawn colored fur and big brown eyes. She has a laid-back personality but is also playful. She loves people and pays attention to them. She gets along well with kids and with other dogs. She loves to run!

Whisper's adoption fee includes her spay surgery, microchip, and all this year's vaccinations. She has tested negative for heartworms, been dewormed, and started on heartworm preventative.

June 7 - Whisper has been in her foster home for about 3 days now and is getting along well with her 2 greyhound foster sisters.

Whisper is an AKC greyhound, rather than NGA, so she is not a retired racer and does not have the issues that retired racers often have. But like retired racers, she loves to spend most of her day just sleeping and hanging around with you.

She is not afraid of anything and is playful and inquisitive. She is very sweet and loves nothing but to be loved and petted and told what a good girl she is. We think she is housetrained and it's clear she did live inside a house at one time. She seems to love everybody.

June 9 - Whisper enjoys sleeping in her crate and she goes in there to rest from time to time. She seems to feel safe and comfortable there, and doesn't object to being placed in the crate at any time.
