Chipper is, as my grandmother would say, cute as a bug's ear! He is a cream colored Maltese/Pomeranian mix. Chipper is extroverted, playful, out-going and good natured. He is neutered and current on his vaccines. DOB: January 2008. Adoption Fee: $200.
