Skippy is either a long haired Chihuahua and/or Papillion mix. He has an independent, self-confident personality and isn't much into cuddling. He's happy to follow his people around and be in the same room with them. He needs an adult family as he can be snappy with very young children. He's dependable about going outside to potty and likes being in a fenced yard and napping in a sunny spot. Skippy really loves going for walks on a leash.

Skippy's neutered, microchipped, tested negative for heartworms, started on monthly heartworm preventative and up-to-date on vaccinations until May 2019.
